We are a group of companies head office based in Lucknow, U. P. working on pan India in Retail, Banking and Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Information Technology, FMCG as more than 20 industries and having a team of more than 3,200 employees over more than 300 branches in India.

Basic Eligibility Criteria for applying:-
- Should have 2-2.5 years of work experience in marketing with a focus on the FMCG Division (in Flikart, Amazon, Indiamart etc)
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle and B2B markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Job role and responsibilities:-
- Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through networking and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.
- Present and demonstrate products/services tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed quotas.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth delivery of services.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand network and increase market presence.
