Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Source and attract top talent for non-IT roles through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • * Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
  • * Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).
  • **Job Requirements**
  • * 0-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • * Strong understanding of sourcing profiles for non-IT roles.
  • * Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
