About the Role
: -

We are looking for a results-driven and creative
Digital Marketing Manager
to oversee our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing digital campaigns, managing social media channels, analyzing performance metrics, and driving brand growth across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities
: -

Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and other digital channels.

Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

Create engaging content ideas, coordinate with designers, and ensure brand consistency.

Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other dashboards.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to optimize campaigns.

Improve website traffic, lead generation, and conversions.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing strategies.

Manage digital ad budgets effectively and deliver measurable ROI.


Required Skills & Qualifications
: -

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.

2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads & Email Marketing.

Hands-on experience with Canva, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM tools.

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
