Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Purchase Executive for a full-time, on-site position at our Bhopal location. As a Purchase Executive, you will manage procurement processes, assess supplier options, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of quality products. Tasks include maintaining detailed records, coordinating with suppliers, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet project requirements efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Procurement and negotiation skills, with the ability to evaluate and establish supplier contracts.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in maintaining procurement records.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and vendor relationship management.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Prior experience in procurement or supply chain management is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
