Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our team at Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd. The position is based in Bhopal, Mandideep, and is a full-time role requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will contribute to our financial operations by handling accounting tasks and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in Tally ERP for handling financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of Goods and Services Tax (GST) to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Experience in managing Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) for accurate processing of tax payments.
  • Proficiency in bank reconciliation to ensure accurate alignment of financial records with bank statements.
  • Knowledge of sales and purchase processes to manage transactions effectively within the company.
  • Efficient in vendor management to maintain positive business relationships and streamline operations.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess financial information critically and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily accounting operations including transactions in Tally ERP for accurate record-keeping.
  • Ensure compliance with GST regulations through timely and accurate tax submissions and filings.
  • Handle TDS calculations and processing to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Coordinate and manage sales and purchase activities ensuring timely processing of transactions.
  • Liaise with vendors and manage vendor accounts for efficient business operations.
  • Prepare financial reports to assist management in decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business strategies and goals.
