This is a work from office position only with pay no bar for the right candidate.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Project Manager located in Kolkata. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring team productivity, providing analytical insights, and effective communication between departments. This individual will work closely with the executive team to drive operational strategies and improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment to enhance team productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Address client escalations promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive and proactive approach.
  • Collaborate with the media buyers and account management teams to identify opportunities and contribute to business growth.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the agency.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to optimize agency operations.
  • Handle complex situations with a strategic and analytical mindset.
  • Proactively identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, with a focus on Google and Meta (Facebook) advertising platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to the team and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the digital marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, with a preference for expertise in Google and Meta ads. Must be based in Kolkata.
