About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager cum Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and internal teams — ensuring seamless communication, timely project delivery, and consistent brand excellence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage end-to-end client communication, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and satisfaction.


• Coordinate between design, content, social media, and performance teams to execute deliverables.


• Plan project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.


• Oversee quality control of all deliverables before client submission.


• Prepare project reports, presentations, and performance summaries.


• Support in ideation and execution of brand campaigns, shoots, and marketing initiatives.


• Ensure alignment between client expectations and creative output.

Requirements


• 2–4 years of experience in client servicing or project management in a creative/digital agency.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.


• Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.


• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g. Notion, Trello, or Asana).


• A background or interest in marketing, branding, or advertising will be an added advantage.
