Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an IT Online Bidder cum Closer located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The selected candidate will handle responsibilities such as preparing and submitting proposals, bidding for IT projects on platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer, and closing deals with prospective clients. They will coordinate with the technical team to understand project scopes, communicate with clients to negotiate terms, and ensure smooth project execution post-closure. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams may also be necessary to align on targets and strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Information Technology .
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to manage client interactions effectively
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client requirements and propose solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with project bidding platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
