Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Key responsibilities include following up on leads, building and growing client portfolios, preparing presentations, coordinating with internal teams, and meeting sales targets. The role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills to maintain high client satisfaction and contribute to revenue growth.

  • Client Relationship Management, Account Management, and Business Development skills
  • Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Time Management and Organizational skills to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Prior experience in event management, sales, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with various teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
