Finance and Revenue Manager

Location: Hyderabad | Immediate Joining

JAWED HABIB HAIR AND BEAUTY LTD – India's largest and most renowned hair and beauty salon chain, with over operational salons nationwide. With a strong presence of 175 salons across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, we are now poised for aggressive expansion, aiming to open 50+ new outlets in the region over the next 36 months. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Franchise Sales Professional to lead this growth journey.

Role: Finance & Revenue Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the accounting operations of all franchise units across South India.
  • Interact with clients to ensure smooth financial communication and relationship management.
  • Collect, verify, and report financial data in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams across various regions to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Handle end-to-end accounts management for franchises across South India.
  • Ensure timely collection of royalty payments and conduct regular follow-ups with respective franchise partners.
  • Coordinate with the Head Office for efficient financial and accounting processes.
  • Oversee invoicing, GST compliance, and overall account coordination.
  • Build and sustain long-term professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
