Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Revenue Cloud professional
to design, implement, and optimize scalable solutions across
Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management
. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business processes to streamline quoting, pricing, billing, and revenue recognition workflows within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement
    end-to-end
    Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions
    , including CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders
    to gather business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Configure and customize
    key Revenue Cloud components — Products, Price Books, Quote Templates, Orders, Invoices, and Payments.
  • Develop and maintain
    complex pricing rules, discount structures, approval workflows, and quote-to-cash automation.
  • Integrate Salesforce Revenue Cloud
    with ERP, Finance, and Payment Gateway systems for seamless data flow and reconciliation.
  • Manage subscriptions, renewals, and amendments
    to support recurring revenue and usage-based billing models.
  • Ensure compliance
    with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15) and maintain alignment with Finance and Accounting processes.
  • Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support
    to end users and internal teams.
  • Adhere to Salesforce best practices
    , maintaining data quality, security, and governance standards across environments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including at least
    2–3 years focused on Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing)
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)
    and
    Order-to-Cash (O2C)
    processes.
  • Proficiency in
    Salesforce configuration
    ,
    Flow
    ,
    Apex
    , and
    Lightning components
    (preferred).
  • Experience with
    ERP/Finance system integrations
    (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Salesforce
    CPQ Specialist
    and/or
    Billing Specialist certification
    preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
