MICE Operations (Contracting) – Mid-Management Profile

Job Highlight

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the MICE Travel industry, with proven expertise in MICE Operations, quotation preparation, contracting, and execution. The candidate should be capable of independently managing end-to-end MICE files, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.

Job Description

  • Independently handle MICE files – from client inquiry, quotation, and contracting to on-ground execution and post-event reconciliation.
  • Prepare customized costings, itineraries, and proposals as per client requirements, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
  • Negotiate and finalize vendor contracts with hotels, DMCs, airlines, transportation, and event suppliers.
  • Coordinate across internal teams – Sales, air ticketing, visa, finance, and on-site operations – for smooth file management.
  • Supervise on-ground execution of group movements, hotel check-ins, F&B arrangements, transfers, and event logistics.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships through proactive communication and service excellence.
  • Manage operational documentation, payment schedules, and vendor follow-ups within defined company timelines.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality in MICE operations.

Skills Required:

  • Strong background in MICE operations, file handling, contracting, and vendor negotiation.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple group movements simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and travel management tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
