Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the Travel, MICE sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including corporate clients, associations, and government bodies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure Travel package sales, Event sales & MICE events and services.
- Build a network of suppliers, such as hotels, transportation providers, and event venues.
- **Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored Travel & MICE solutions.
- Offer advice on suitable venues, event formats, and logistics.
- Coordinate with different departments and external suppliers to ensure successful event execution.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for events.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Create promotional materials and presentations to attract clients.
- Represent the company at MICE trade shows and industry networking events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Follow up on events and seek feedback for future improvements.
- Handle inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets within the Travel & MICE sector.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Sales Skills**: Strong ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals.
- **Event Management Knowledge**: Understanding of the logistics and operations involved in organizing meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Awareness of the latest trends in the Travel & MICE industry, including technology integration, sustainability practices, and innovative event formats.
- **Networking**: Ability to build and maintain a network of contacts within the industry.
- **Project Management**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events simultaneously.
