AI BI Solutions Architect

Micron Consumer Products Group (CPG) is looking for an AI BI Solution Architect to join our team in India. You will be part of a dynamic team and collaborate with cross functional and technical teams. This role will lead the efforts for design and implementation of scalable, secure, and intelligent data and AI solutions. This role bridges the gap between business strategy and technical execution, enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, machine learning, and modern BI platforms.

You will work closely with Product Owners and Development teams to lead the design efforts and come up with implementation strategy for AI solutions for CPG integrated Marketing department.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end data pipelines and AI-powered BI solutions across cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable AI/ML and data solutions.
• Design for performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainability in cloud-native environments.
• Drive adoption of MLOps practices and ensure robust model deployment and monitoring.
• Champion data governance, privacy, and compliance across all AI and BI initiatives.
• Lead solution reviews, technical workshops, and roadmap planning for AI maturity.

Required education, experience and skills:

Data Engineering

• Expertise in data modeling, ETL pipeline design, and orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, Airflow, Kafka.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.

Cloud Platforms

• Proficiency in Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or GCP Dataflow.
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture, cost optimization, and scalability.

Machine Learning & AI

• Familiarity with the ML lifecycle: data prep, training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience with Azure ML, SageMaker, or Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of model interpretability, bias detection, and data drift.

Data Governance & Security

• Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and enterprise data privacy standards.
• Experience implementing data lineage, cataloging, and access control.

MLOps & CI/CD

• Proficiency in MLflow, Kubeflow, GitHub Actions, Terraform.
• Automating model deployment, testing, and monitoring pipelines.

Soft Skills & Leadership

• Strong solution architecture mindset with the ability to align technical solutions to business goals.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work across data science, engineering, product, and business teams.
• Strategic thinker with a focus on ROI, feasibility, and data readiness.
• Change agent who promotes AI literacy, manages expectations, and drives data culture.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years in data engineering, BI, or AI solution architecture roles.
• Certifications in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) or ML tools are a plus.
• Python coding experience
