Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Human Resources (HR) Admin. The HR Admin will be responsible for managing HR functions, ensuring smooth employee relations, addressing HR inquiries, and supporting recruitment processes. The role will also involve assisting with employee on-boarding and maintaining compliance with company policies. Providing support for internal communication and acting as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries will also be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and Human Resources functions
  • Strong Communication skills and ability to manage Employee Relations
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and effectively addressing inquiries
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in HR and employment policies
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in HR tools and software is an advantage
