Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource cum PA located in Noida. The candidate will handle human resource responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while providing personal assistance and executive administrative support. Day-to-day tasks involve managing the diary, scheduling appointments, handling clerical duties, and ensuring smooth office operations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Communication and Diary Management abilities
  • Clerical Skills for managing office tasks efficiently
  • Experience in human resource management is a plus
  • Relevant degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work
