Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Cum Personal Assistant located in Noida. The role includes providing administrative support, managing daily schedules, handling diary management, and clerical tasks for executives. The position also plays a key part in communication support and assisting in the smooth operation of human resource tasks within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to handle confidential tasks efficiently.
  • Strong Communication skills for internal and external correspondence.
  • Experience in Diary Management and coordinating schedules effectively.
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills to organize, document, and support administrative functions.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and complete assignments on time.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Prior experience in human resources or administration is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification is preferred.
