Core Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation (Primary Focus)

  • Identify potential clients in industries such as:
  • Engineering design firms
  • Manufacturing & fabrication units
  • Product startups
  • Inventors or R&D departments
  • Use tools such as IndiaMart, JustDial, LinkedIn, and local trade directories.
  • Gather contact details and decision-makers for outreach.

  • Cold Outreach & Follow-ups

  • Reach out via phone, email, or LinkedIn to introduce ALOR's services.

  • Set up appointments or introductory calls for senior sales/technical team.
  • Maintain and nurture early-stage leads until ready for handoff.

  • Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with internal teams to understand technical capabilities and success stories.

  • Support proposal creation and basic responses to client queries.

  • Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain structured lead records in Excel/CRM.

  • Provide weekly reports on lead generation efforts, success rates, and planned actions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of B2B business development or inside sales experience.
  • Familiarity with CAD services, 3D design, or 3D printing (preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Hindi/Gujarati for client communication.
  • Basic technical understanding of engineering/product design is a plus.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and research skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
