**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with clients and the sales team to ensure smooth communication and follow-ups.
- Handle backend sales operations and documentation.
- Support after-sales service processes, including follow-ups, feedback collection, and issue resolution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure timely responses to queries.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and reports.
- Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage CRM systems and maintain updated records of communication and transactions.

**Key Requirements**:

- 8-10 years of experience in a similar backend sales/support role in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written) - English medium background preferred.
- Excellent client coordination and after-sales service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
