**Core Responsibilities**: 1. **Lead Generation (Primary Focus)**
- Identify potential clients in industries such as:

- Engineering design firms
- Manufacturing & fabrication units
- Product startups
- Inventors or R&D departments
- Use tools such as IndiaMart, JustDial, LinkedIn, and local trade directories.
- Gather contact details and decision-makers for outreach.

2. **Cold Outreach & Follow-ups**
- Set up appointments or introductory calls for senior sales/technical team.
- Maintain and nurture early-stage leads until ready for handoff.

3. **Collaboration & Coordination**
- Work closely with internal teams to understand technical capabilities and success stories.
- Support proposal creation and basic responses to client queries.

4. **Reporting & CRM**
- Maintain structured lead records in Excel/CRM.
- Provide weekly reports on lead generation efforts, success rates, and planned actions.
- Graduate in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of B2B business development or inside sales experience.
- Familiarity with CAD services, 3D design, or 3D printing (preferred).
- Fluent in English and Hindi/Gujarati for client communication.
- Basic technical understanding of engineering/product design is a plus.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and research skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
