We are looking for a skilled Chef de Parties with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team at Hotel Palacio, responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in all cuisines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in different cuisines, including Chinese, Indian, Italian, and more.
  • Develop menus and recipes to keep the culinary offerings fresh and exciting.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Conduct menu costing and inventory management to optimize resources.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of various cuisines, including Chinese, Indian, Italian, and more.
  • Excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and guests.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, and ability to maintain a safe working environment.
