Responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely material movement, and supporting smooth inbound/outbound processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory records, stock levels, and daily MIS updates.
  • Monitor material receipts, storage, and dispatch as per process.
  • Perform regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and arrangement of goods.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for stock requirements.
  • Track slow-moving, damaged, or expired stock and report timely.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and documentation.
  • Prepare GRN, delivery challans, and dispatch documents.
  • Support loading/unloading activities and supervise material handling.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse/inventory operations.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP/Tally/inventory software preferred.
  • Strong understanding of stock management and logistics processes.
  • Ability to handle physical inventory and fast-paced workflow.
  • Good communication, accuracy, and record-keeping skills.
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate.
