Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to oversee the receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will ensure that all warehouse processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory control, stock movement, and storage.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch and receiving of goods.
  • Maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales departments.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor warehouse cleanliness and ensure proper arrangement of goods.
  • Supervise warehouse staff and laborers (if applicable).
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, inventory software like ERP/WMS).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Physical ability to lift and move goods (if required).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols in warehouse operations.
  • Forklift or equipment certification (optional but preferred).

Working Conditions:
