Sr Executive-Warehouse Operations

Role & responsibilities
- Ensure warehouse operations achieve peak efficiency, prioritizing, organization, and employee training.
- Train and lead the warehouse team to resolve operational issues.
- Oversee and streamline daily operations.
Staffing plans, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity.
Supervise daily inbound activities for Fruit, Vegetable and Milk products.
- Manpower Handling and load distribution.
- Inspect and maintain equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure safe and effective operation.
- Quality inspection of received SKUs.
- Packing of SKUs as per predefined standard.
- Control over rejection process
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma or Graduation.
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse executive role (FnV) in a Quick Commerce company like Bigbasket, Grab and Grub, Metro Cash n Carry will be preferred.
- Proficiency in warehouse Inbound practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and leadership abilities.
- Email, MIS and Report perpetration.
- Good Knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
- Familiar with temperature sensitive products with, experience of handling batch no., expiry & shelf life.
- Experience of working in WMS environment
