Job Summary:

Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive / Senior Accountant

Location: Zirakpur (PRORICH Group)

Salary Range: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month

Role Overview

PRORICH is hiring a senior accounting professional with a strong, assertive personality who can take command of the company's accounting operations. The role requires discipline, speed, and complete ownership of financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations with precision and timeliness.
  • Handle AP/AR, vendor reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and ledger management.
  • Maintain accurate books in Tally (mandatory).
  • Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheets, MIS reports, and financial analysis.
  • Coordinate confidently with banks, vendors, internal teams, and management.
  • Strengthen internal controls, documentation quality, and audit preparedness.
  • Monitor inventory accounting, cost tracking, and expense discipline.
  • Implement process improvements to streamline accounting workflows.

Required Qualifications

Option 1: MBA (Finance) with minimum 5+ years of relevant accounting experience.

Option 2: B.Com with minimum 10+ years of senior-level accounting experience.
