Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales / Telecalling Head to lead our pre-sales and telecalling team. The role involves strategizing, managing, and driving a team of telecallers to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and ensure a strong pipeline for the sales team. The ideal candidate should come with solid real estate experience, excellent communication skills, and proven team management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of telecallers / pre-sales executives.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets for the team.
  • Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and motivational sessions.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion:
  • Develop telecalling scripts and strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion.
  • Monitor call quality and ensure a professional customer approach.
  • Allocate and manage leads through CRM systems.
  • Ensure follow-up with leads and track conversions till handover to sales.
  • Customer Engagement:
  • Build rapport with potential customers, understand their requirements, and educate them about the projects.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and prompt query resolution.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Generate MIS reports on lead status, team performance, and conversion ratios.
  • Provide insights to the management team for campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimize telecalling processes based on data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing for campaign planning and lead flow.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and seamless handover.
  • Share market intelligence and customer feedback with product and sales teams.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate i
  • Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of experience in pre-sales / telecalling, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role in real estate.
  • Proven track record in managing large telecalling teams.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of CRM tools, lead management, and telecalling metrics.
  • Target-driven, result-oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month.
  • Conversion ratio of leads to site visits / sales.
  • Team productivity and call quality.
  • Customer satisfaction and query resolution.

Compensation:

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45, ₹70,000.00 per month
