Job Description: National Sales Manager - AIDC - PAN India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to meet company targets.
  • Drive B2B sales across verticals such as healthcare and Amusement sectors.
  • Identify and onboard system integrators, channel partners, and OEMs across India.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key customers and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote SIVA Inotecs offerings.
  • Manage and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, CRM updates, and revenue performance.
  • Build and manage a strong sales teams across India.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, Business or equivalent. MBA preferred.
  • 712 years of relevant sales experience in AIDC, RFID, barcoding, or industrial identification solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge of RFID tags, barcode systems, mobility devices, and printing consumables.
  • Experience handling key accounts, institutional clients, and system integrators across India.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving national-level sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the country.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in selling to healthcare institutions, Amusement Parks, and manufacturing clients.
  • Familiarity with global AIDC brands.
  • Knowledge of regulatory or compliance requirements related to labelling, identification, and tracking.
