Job Description: National Sales Manager - AIDC - PAN India

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to meet company targets.
- Drive B2B sales across verticals such as healthcare and Amusement sectors.
- Identify and onboard system integrators, channel partners, and OEMs across India.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to develop customer-specific solutions.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key customers and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote SIVA Inotecs offerings.
- Manage and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, CRM updates, and revenue performance.
- Build and manage a strong sales teams across India.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, Business or equivalent. MBA preferred.
- 712 years of relevant sales experience in AIDC, RFID, barcoding, or industrial identification solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge of RFID tags, barcode systems, mobility devices, and printing consumables.
- Experience handling key accounts, institutional clients, and system integrators across India.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proven track record of achieving national-level sales targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling to healthcare institutions, Amusement Parks, and manufacturing clients.
- Familiarity with global AIDC brands.
- Knowledge of regulatory or compliance requirements related to labelling, identification, and tracking.
