Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing business planning, Distributor Onboarding for Wines, managing key accounts, leading sales efforts, and coordinating team management tasks. Daily responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, developing sales strategies, and ensuring effective budget allocation. The role requires strong leadership to build and maintain a high-performing sales team while driving business growth and expanding market presence.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Planning and Budgeting
- Proven experience in Account Management and Sales
- Strong skills in Team Management
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the FMCG sector is highly desirable
