Position Overview
We're hiring a Sales Associate or Sales Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, in-person role suited for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping businesses find the right creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, and online research.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads for our creative services.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and pitch tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to develop impactful proposals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.
- Meet monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
- Represent Visual Connections at meetings, events, and industry expos.
Qualifications
- 2 to 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing—preferably in creative, advertising, or digital agencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation and closing deals.
- Ability to understand and present creative services effectively.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Background in media, production, advertising, or design.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Existing network of business contacts across industries.
