Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our academy. The role involves reaching out to dentists/doctors who have shown interest in our dental courses, providing them with detailed information, answering queries, and assisting them in enrolling for the programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to dentists/doctors from our database.
  • Explain details about our dental academy and available courses.
  • Handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve basic queries.
  • Follow up with interested doctors to ensure enrollment.
  • Maintain call records and update the database regularly.
  • Meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of dentistry or willingness to learn about dental courses.
  • Prior experience in telecalling/telemarketing/counseling preferred.
  • Good in Hindi and English (other regional languages will be a plus).
  • Positive attitude and ability to work under minimal supervision.

full time based in meerut

Fixed salary with add on incentive on our course

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹26,396.27 per month
