Role Description
This full-time Field Sales Executive role is based on-site in Mumbai. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, and building relationships to introduce and sell Elynker's digital solutions. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client needs, delivering product presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a strong pipeline of prospects. The role also requires consistent collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and goals are achieved. Performance metrics will include client acquisition rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Understanding of digital marketing, CRM tools, and customer engagement strategies
- Time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
- Experience or familiarity with MSMEs and the digital transformation landscape is preferred
- Fluency in English and local languages is advantageous for building rapport with diverse clients
