Role Description

Tata Projects is seeking a full-time Manager HR & ADMIN for an on-site role in Delhi, India. The responsibilities include overseeing HR operations, enhancing recruitment strategies, managing employee relations, designing HR policies, and conducting performance reviews. The Manager will also supervise administrative functions, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. The role involves leading teams, maintaining a productive work environment, and contributing to the effective implementation of organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Human Resource management: recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance evaluation.
  • Proficiency in Administrative functions, including facilities management and compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Leadership and team management skills with the ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and practices in compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in the infrastructure or EPC industry will be an advantage.
