This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at MAMUSHITH GROUP, located in Bengaluru. The HR Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and compliance. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, addressing employee concerns, managing payroll and benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also support leadership in strategic planning related to workforce planning and organizational development.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Recruitment, Talent Management, and Employee Onboarding processes
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring Compliance with labor laws
  • Proficiency in HR Systems, Payroll Management, and Benefits Administration
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM) are a plus
  • Experience in a leadership or HR managerial role is preferred
