  • Provide operational support for Microsoft 365 services, ensuring high availability and performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 services
  • Deploy and manage generative AI services, specifically focusing on Microsoft Copilot integration and implementation across various business units
  • Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automating administrative tasks and reporting
  • Manage SharePoint Online environments, including site creation, configuration, and user access management
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in Microsoft 365 and generative AI technologies
  • Perform prompt engineering to optimize the performance and output of generative AI models
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 and generative AI services
