We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Managed Services Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing our team of cloudops engineers that form a managed services team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate possesses in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, strong leadership skills, a very good communication skill, and a proven track record in managing cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of AWS engineers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Provide guidance and direction in the execution of managed services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Ensure the productivity of the team is high

Service Delivery:

  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of cloud-based managed services for clients.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure that the managed services processes are followed.

Client Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients utilizing managed services from Comprinno.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and translate them into effective AWS solutions.
  • Creating reports for the client leadership teams

Technical Expertise:

  • Stay abreast of Cloud technologies, especially AWS, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions to address complex challenges in AWS environments.
  • Facilitate required documentation and setup required managed services practices.

Operational Excellence:

  • Implement and enhance operational processes to optimize efficiency and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in managed services operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent certifications.
  • Proven experience in managing cloud-based services, preferred AWS cloud, including but not limited to EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, ECS, and VPCs for AWS and related services from other cloud providers.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in building and managing high-performance teams.
  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in AWS.
  • Prior experience in a lead role overseeing cloud-managed services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹650,000.00 per year
