We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our Automation Division in the Hotels & Restaurants industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within the automation sector.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations.
  • Conduct project meetings, progress updates, and status reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in the Hotels & Restaurants industry is preferred.
