Job Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Project Architect with prior experience in the commercial segment, specifically with exposure to interior projects in Retail, Corporate Offices, and Hospitality.
The role requires hands-on involvement in design coordination, BOQ preparation, site execution, and direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and execution of commercial interior projects including retail, corporate office, and hospitality spaces.
  • Prepare detailed working drawings, interior layouts, and construction documentation.
  • Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and assist in cost coordination.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Handle client interactions at site and during project coordination meetings.
  • Conduct regular site visits across PAN India, monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
  • Support the Project Architect in resolving site-related design and execution issues.
  • Ensure drawings and executions comply with relevant building codes, standards, and project specifications.
  • Maintain updated project documentation, drawings, and reports.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
  • 1–2 years of experience working on commercial interior projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in BOQ preparation and interior quantity estimation.
  • Site execution exposure with client-facing experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other design tools is an advantage).
  • Good understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction practices.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively for PAN India site visits.
