Responsibilities

Market bench candidates (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.) to clients, vendors, and Tier-1 partners.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and hiring managers.

Source contract and C2C (Corp-to-Corp) opportunities for bench consultants.

Negotiate rates and close deals efficiently.

Keep track of market trends, hiring demands, and competitor analysis.

Maintain an up-to-date database of submissions and interview schedules.

Ensure compliance with all staffing policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

10 years of experience in Bench Sales Recruiters with Good Communication skills.

Strong network of direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.

Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and other job boards.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
