Role and Responsibilities:
The Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the efficient management of schedules and sales documentation distribution. Key responsibilities include:
  • Assisting the sales manager and team in managing schedules and distributing sales documentation and presentations.
  • Preparing sales quotations for clients and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Acting as a liaison between various departments and clients to align services with client needs, budget, and timeline.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to evaluate progress, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Active participation in sales meetings, providing updates on progress and presenting improvement strategies.
  • Generating reports and minutes to track progress and highlight strategies for enhancing sales performance.
  • Possessing a solid understanding of the freight forwarding business, including processes, terminology, and best practices.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in sales coordination within the freight forwarding industry. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
