Senior Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our business by identifying new sales leads, pitching our services, and maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sales and customer service, and passionate about meeting targets and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals on products/services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to build brand presence and generate leads.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.
- CRM tool knowledge - Odoo
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role (typically 13+ years).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
