Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to join our IT team at our Sahibabad location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing software, hardware, and networks, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, hardware, and software.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
  • Ensure security through access controls, firewalls, and backups.
  • Regularly update systems with security patches and upgrades.
  • Provide technical support and resolve IT-related queries.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations and processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of system security (e.g., intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
  • Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers and networking concepts.
  • Problem-solving attitude with good communication skills.
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
