We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team and support our marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C segments.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and brand. This role involves both digital and traditional marketing strategies, market research, content creation, and close collaboration with the sales and production teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase brand awareness.

Coordinate with the production and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with product availability and business objectives.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Manage digital marketing activities including SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

Prepare promotional materials such as brochures, product catalogs, videos, and presentations.

Plan and organize trade shows, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.

Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports for management review.

Manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, and media partners.

Support the development of pricing strategies and product positioning.

Maintain and update the company website and digital assets.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).

2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the production, manufacturing, or industrial sector.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing tools, and brand management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, social media management, and marketing software (CRM, Google Analytics, etc.).

Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in B2B marketing and industrial product promotion.

Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CorelDRAW) is an added advantage.

Familiarity with ERP systems or CRM platforms.
