Job description: - Sales Engineer

For a sales executive role, the job description should emphasize learning and development, focusing on building foundational sales skills, understanding customer needs, and contributing to sales targets under the guidance of experienced team members.

Responsibilities:

o Participate in sales training programs to enhance core sales skills and product knowledge.

o Adhere to the company's sales processes and procedures.

o Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

o Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads.

o Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

o Support senior sales executives in showcasing products and services.

o Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

o Assist in creating sales presentations and proposals.

o Follow up with leads and customers to ensure prompt responses and issue resolution.

o Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

o Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

o Contribute to building and maintaining strong customer relationship.

Skills:

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

o Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

o A proactive and results-oriented attitude.

· Ability to travel as required.

· Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving sales targets.

Qualification:

· Education: Bachelor Degree: - B.Tech/B.E (Any), B.Sc(Physics/Mathematics)

· Experience: Entry-level position (0-3yrs)

· Salary: 21k to 35k based on experience/ As per company Standards

· Training will be held in Jaipur for 2 months

· This job requires 60 to 70 % travelling and 30 to 40% Office work.
