We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in kitchen operations, food preparation, and menu execution, ensuring high-quality standards and smooth service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your specialty to the restaurant's standards.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
  • Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and guide Commis and other junior staff in your section.
  • Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained as per FSSAI norms.
  • Manage stock levels, assist with inventory control, and minimize food wastage.
  • Collaborate with the team for menu planning and new dish development.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a CDP or in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
  • Culinary diploma or degree from a recognized hospitality or culinary institute preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian, Continental, or Multi-Cuisine food preparation (as per restaurant focus).
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards during service hours.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹37, ₹40,000.00 per month
