We are excited to announce a hiring opportunity for the role of Customer Service Executive (Credit Card Support) at our Thane location.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

Handle inbound queries related to HSBC credit cards.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.

Cross-sell relevant credit card schemes, offers, and product add-ons.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Ensure compliance with HSBC processes and policies.

Meet performance and sales targets as defined by the process

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Minimum 6 months+ BPO Inbound Voice Customer Service experience

CIBIL score must be 650+ (no loan defaults in past)

Job Details

Location: Thane

Shift: Day Shift (Rotational)

9-hour working + 1-hour break

Week Offs: 2 rotational offs per week

Salary: 24,000-27,000 In-hand | CTC up to 32,000

Transport: Centralised Pick & Drop from Thane Station
