Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their travel needs, presenting suitable travel packages, and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist potential customers.
  • Explain travel packages and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through excellent service.
  • Update call details and booking information in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th pass) or above.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn.
