We are a bakery cafe offering a full menu, including delicious baked goods, savory meals, and a variety of beverages. Our focus is on quality, community, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer experiences.

  • Manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed.

  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and health standards.

  • help in billing and customer handling whenever needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cafe or restaurant management.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Passion for food, coffee, and hospitality.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial management.
