**Job description**

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Trainees at the Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) Bsc Hotel Management Diploma Holder /Degree Holder. This position is ideal for fresher graduates who are passionate about the hospitality industry and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Learning and Development: Actively participate in structured training programs to gain practical experience in various aspects of hotel management, including front office operations, food and beverage service, housekeeping, and culinary arts.
- Customer Service: Assist in delivering exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Operational Support: Support the day-to-day operations of the institute, including setting up for events, maintaining cleanliness and order in public areas, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced staff members to learn from their expertise, contribute to team projects, and adapt to the IHM's professional work culture.
- Professional Development: Proactively seek constructive feedback, ask questions, and demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Recent graduate from a recognized hotel management or hospitality program.
- Strong passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to build a career in hotel management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and demonstrate a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
