Practice Leadership & Execution

  • Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
  • Identify and manage project risks, escalating issues when needed.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth execution and efficient resource use.
  • Track project success and team performance using key metrics (KPIs).
    • Promote the use of project management tools and technologies for better efficiency.
  • Grow and scale the team while maintaining quality standards.
  • Manage operations including utilization, hiring, training, and cost control.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and execute a customer engagement strategy to strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain strong C-level relationships and understand customer goals and needs.
  • Ensure top-quality service and customer satisfaction throughout project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer accounts and generate new business.
  • Collect and act on customer feedback to continuously improve services.

Business Development & Growth

  • Work with sales teams to create proposals, solutions, estimates, and statements of work (SOWs).
  • Support pricing strategies that balance profitability and competitiveness.
  • Explore new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
  • Develop new offerings and strengthen the companys thought leadership.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify innovation and growth opportunities.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing delivery team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Encourage continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Identify and close skill gaps through training and mentoring.
  • Promote open communication and collaboration across teams and departments.
