About the Role
We are looking for energetic and motivated
Telecalling / Customer Support Executives
who can handle customer interactions, generate leads, and support the sales process. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn and grow in sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound calls. - Cold Calling:
Reach out to new prospects and explain product/service offerings. - Meeting Scheduling:
Fix appointments and coordinate virtual/physical meetings for the sales team. - Virtual Product Demo:
Conduct basic product walkthroughs online for interested clients. - Client Follow-ups:
Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and prospects to drive conversions. - Customer Handling:
Address queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Status Updates:
Record all interactions, leads, and follow-ups accurately in the system/CRM.
Requirements
- Freshers welcome –
no prior experience required. - Strong communication skills in English & Hindi/Marathi.
- Confident on phone calls and comfortable with cold calling.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to explain product features clearly.
- Must own a smartphone/laptop and have stable internet connection.
- Candidate must be currently residing in Pune.
